| The # 3 is a 1936 Ford 3
window coupe originally built and driven by Jimmy Smith at the
Danbury Racearena in 1966. The car was the 1966 point championship
car at Danbury without ever winning a race. The car was also driven
by Lou Funk jr. as the # 09 and # 58 at Danbury after he purchased
the car from Jimmy Smith in 1967.
The car was found and restored by Kevin and Debbie Brown in 1996. |
